The African Centre for Democracy and Human Rights Studies (ACDHRSJ on behalf of the Women’s Forum for Peace in Senegal, Guinea Bissau and The Gambia will organize a one-day regional conference scheduled to be held on Tuesday 16th February, 2021, at the Paradise Suites Hotel, Senegambia.
The said conference will be organized with the participation of women from different state institutions to advocate for greater participation of women in the management of peace and security in the Gambia and sub-region.
Participants will include partners from Senegal, Gambian women parliamentarians, women in peace building, mediation and conflict resolution, representatives from the media as well as The Gender Action Team (GAT) members.
