Recommendation from the Working Group on Freedom of Expression

To the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights:

a.       To set up an independent monitoring mechanism to oversee the implementation of the Declaration of the Freedom of Expression at the continental level.

To NGOs:

b.      Civil Society organisations and NGOs should sensitize the people about the Declaration.
